There’s a common myth, that if you want to burn fat eat less or starve. Which is not true, starving can lead to many other effects and also not help in weight loss. · Exercise regularly
Exercise is very important if you are aiming to shed some pounds. Without exercise you won’t be able to burn that extra fat that is already stored. So exercise along with right food helps in burning fat.
· Have the right attitude

· Be realistic with your goals
Don’t aim for 5 kilograms a week. Begin with 0.5 kg or 1 kg per week. To achieve this you must cut down calories approx. 1000 calories per day. You can balance it out with choosing the right food and exercising daily for at least 45 min.
