· Eat right and at the right time

There’s a common myth, that if you want to burn fat eat less or starve. Which is not true, starving can lead to many other effects and also not help in weight loss. According to studies, if you eat the right food which doesn’t include fats and carbohydrates, at the right time that is at regular intervals. It might help you to lose fat. Because when you eat on regular intervals you eat less and all your food turns into energy and there’s hardly any excess fat.

· Exercise regularly

Exercise is very important if you are aiming to shed some pounds. Without exercise you won’t be able to burn that extra fat that is already stored. So exercise along with right food helps in burning fat.

· Have the right attitude

Your attitude is the main part of the entire process. If you have the right attitude you can definitely achieve your goals.If you think you can’t achieve something, challenge it and then you’ll work hard to win. Without the right attitude and perseverance, you can’t go ahead.

· Be realistic with your goals

Don’t aim for 5 kilograms a week. Begin with 0.5 kg or 1 kg per week. To achieve this you must cut down calories approx. 1000 calories per day. You can balance it out with choosing the right food and exercising daily for at least 45 min.
