Even if we feel happiness lies in material things, true happiness doesn’t come from material things it actually comes from within us. · Know yourself

You first need to know yourself to understand your strengths and weakness. You must spend some time getting to know yourself. List down your likes and dislikes, what you are good at, what you feel you can’t do, what makes you happy, what makes you sad, etc. These questions will help you understand yourself better and also improve yourself.

· Get rid of negativity

Get rid of all the negative thoughts you get, stay away from negative people and people who pull you down. Instead, embrace positive thoughts, surround yourself with people who support you and from whom you can learn positive things.

· Have daily positive affirmations

Begin your day with daily positive affirmations like

2. Today is a nice day

3. I am going to nail it

4. Everything is going to be good today.

· Forgive yourself

If for some reason you are not in good terms with yourself for not being able to achieve something, be compassionate and forgive yourself. You deserve your forgiveness the most than anyone else. · Stay grateful

Being grateful for all the good things should be your way if life. Gratitude is a beautiful gesture the more grateful you are the more situations you attract to be grateful for, it’s a beautiful loop and very easy to achieve. Always be thankful to people who help you and to God for all the good situations he throws at you.
