· Give each other space

It’s very important that you two get alone time. Me time is very necessary to calm down and relax. Give each other space as in spend some quality time with yourself. Watch TV, practice self care and other jobs on your own. Don’t ask your partner to interfere and you don’t interfere in your partner’s space. Many fights happen due to frustration that is caused due to not having time with self. So to stop them, give each other space.

· Try to talk and sort things out

There will always be a solution to your fights, all you need to do is, sit down and talk with each other without raising your voice and without interfering when another person is talking. Healthy communication is crucial to avoid fights between the couple. Try to be a good listener and communicate your views appropriately.

· Peep into yourself

Before blaming your partner, peep into yourself. Observe your behaviour, your words and your actions. Like your partner, even you are frustrated by being stuck in the house. Due to this frustration, you might behave rudely to your partner which may cause the fight. So stop blaming each other and observe yourself.

· Try to understand each other

In every relationship, understanding is a must. In times like this, it is difficult for everyone to stay in quarantine. Your partner might be finding it hard too. You must, therefore, try to understand the situation from each other’s perspective to help you support each other in these tough times.

· Spend time doing things you love together

Avoid forcing your partner to do things you love, instead, spend time doing things, you both love. This is how you should spend time together. If you both want to do different things avoid doing it in the same room as this might cause more fights.
