In India, everyone is a lover of chicken tikki burgers. It looks so tempting and mouth-watering so let’s learn the recipe.

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts (500 grams)
1/2 cup yogurt
Citrus juice (2 tablespoons)
ginger extract (1 tablespoon)
clove paste (1 tablespoon)
Powdered turmeric (1/2 teaspoon)
Cayenne powder (1 teaspoon)
powdered coriander (1 teaspoon)
masala chai powder (1 teaspoon)
Salt (as per taste)
frying fluid (2 tablespoons)
(4) Lettuce leaves (4) Sliced tomatoes (4) Sliced onions (4) Burger buns (4)

Instructions:

Chicken breasts should be chopped into small cubes and stored separately.

Combine the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garlic, garam masala, cumin, and salt are all ingredients in this dish. Blend thoroughly.

In the mixing bowl, add the chicken cubes and well combine to evenly distribute the marinade throughout the chicken pieces. For at least 30 minutes and up to two hours, let the chicken marinate.

A non-stick pan is heated over medium-high heat with 2 teaspoons of cooking oil. Add the chicken pieces marinated in the oil to the pan once it is heated.

The chicken pieces should be fully cooked and mildly browned after 8 to 10 minutes of cooking, stirring regularly. Once out of the pan, take the chicken out and give it some time to cool.

Toasted burger buns and a lettuce leaf placed on the bottom help assemble the burgers.

Then top the vegetables with the top half of the burger bun and a few slices of the cooked chicken tikka.

Ketchup or mayonnaise should be placed on the side while serving the chicken tikki burgers.
