Plums are well-known for their beneficial properties in addition to being the most popular Christmas cake element. So, now that Christmas is approaching, you may begin planning for the festive plum cake!

Ingredients

1. 3 eggs

2. 250 g flour (processed)

3. Almonds, 30 g

4. Walnuts, 30 g

5. Brown sugar (150 grammes)

6. Fresh milk, 1/4 cup

7. Cinnamon powder (1 tsp)

8. Softened butter (150 g)

9. 100 g prunes or dried plums

10. Vanilla essence, 4 drops

11. Baking powder (½ tbsp)

Recipe

1. Place plain flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. With the help of a large spoon, thoroughly combine the ingredients. Now, in a separate big mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter and beat together. Beat the eggs into the sugar-butter mixture until the consistency of the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Add the previous mixture and beat it again.

2. When all of the components are thoroughly combined, pour the milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder. To ensure a smooth batter, combine all of the ingredients in an electric mixer. Allow the batter to rest for a few moments after that.

3. Meanwhile, cut the nuts and plums and add them to the mixture on a cutting board. Gently stir them together with a moderate spoon. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, smear some softened butter on the baking sheet.

4. Place the baking dish in the oven and pour the mixture on top. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30 minutes. Simply stick a stick into the cake to see if it is fully baked on the inside. If it pulls out totally dry, the cake is adequately done! You can also use icing to customise it to your personal preferences! Then simply serve while still hot.
