· Always remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should never skip it. In fact, have a wholesome breakfast, that will provide you with necessary nutrients. Include oats, eggs, juices etc. In your breakfast.

· Exercise, it’s up to you whether you do it daily or not but you must exercise at least three times a week. Include aerobics, cardio, strength training, etc. You can also make yoga and dance as a part of your exercise routine. Exercise is very important to keep your body active and strong.

· Drink a lot of water because water helps keeping you hydrated. Water takes flushing out all the toxins from your body and thus improves your gut health, skin health and also has a positive impact on your overall health.

· Always remember to keep a check on two important minerals your body needs that is magnesium and zinc. Zinc deficiency can cause poor immune system which can have various effects on your health like that on skin, hair. Whereas magnesium is necessary for proper amount of sleep.

· Maintaining healthy weight is also essential because women who weigh more can face menstruation problems and thus can also find it difficult to get pregnant. Overall being overweight is not a good thing for your health.

· Learn to say no more often. You can’t make everyone happy, neither is it your responsibility. Women tend to have a soft heart that makes them feel bad when they say no and thus forces them to do stuff that they didn’t like or want to do. Your mental health is affected a lot when you want to say no but couldn’t. Therefore be unapologetic and say no whenever you feel to say it.

· Sleep is very important, so get regular sleep. Don’t change your sleep scheduled as it will affect your period cycle and also your overall health including your skin health.

· Regular body checkups specially checkups at gynecologist are necessary to make sure your body is doing well and you are healthy.
