She reigns from The Bronx, New York, the birthplace of hip hop, and has not only endured but also triumphed through numerous difficulties and sufferings. Bianca was in the New York State Foster Care system at the ages of 2 and 13 due to her family’s substance misuse and spent a total of eight non-consecutive years before being permanently placed with her maternal grandmother. She is a staunch supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement, Restorative Justice, and persons whose voices have been silenced as a result of social injustices.

Bianca is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, a member of the National Foster Care Alumni Council, and the Program Manager and Supervisor for You Gotta Believe, a non-profit that helps older adolescents in care find families. Bianca hopes to acquire her Master’s Degree in Public Administration and establish her own non-profit to assist youngsters who are experiencing similar difficulties as she has. Bianca is a proud foster care product who uses her experiences to not only transform her life but also to touch the lives of others.
