Ingredient

1. Chicken, 270 gm

2. 1 tbsp salt (garlic)

3. Paprika powder (1 tbsp)

4. A pinch of black pepper

5. Water as needed

6. 1 1/2 cup flour/maida (all-purpose)

7. A couple of eggs

8. Salt as needed

9. 2 cup oil (purified)

Recipe

1. For a lesser messy covering, use different components and commit one hand to dry application and the other to wet covering. To start, sprinkle flour with garlic salt, paprika, black pepper, and ordinary salt in a huge bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and incorporate the water. Grab the rinsed and dry chicken parts and sprinkle them in flour before dipping them in the egg mixture. Carry on with the technique with each component and set it away.

3. If you don’t have a thermostat, warm the oil in a frying pan and test with a spatula. Start placing the chicken and do not replace it after it is in the pan if you observe lethargic bubbles. Allow it to sit for 2 – 3 minutes.

4. This keeps the crumbs in position and creates a crispy covering. Now flip the chicken about and pull it out when it has turned a delicious brownish hue. End up serving with your preferred sauces
