Bacteria are living creatures that have just one cell. Below a microscope, they appear like balls, rods, or spirals. They are so tiny that a line of 1,000 could fit across a pencil eraser. Most of the bacterias won’t hurt you. Only less than 1% of the several types make people sick. Yes, the bacteria which can be harmful are only 1 percent. When we are sick we feel that we are I’ll because of bacteria, but no there could be other different reasons. Because all bacteria are not harmful and the amount of harmful bacteria is only one percent.

Several bacteria are beneficial to us. Some bacteria support digesting food, some other bacteria eliminate disease-causing cells, and provide the body-required vitamins. Bacteria are also utilized in preparing healthy eatables like yogurt and cheese. Several bacteria are used to prepare medications and vaccines.

But bacteria that are infectious can make you sick. They simulate rapidly in your body. Many emit chemicals named toxins, which can harm your tissues and make you ill. Instances of bacteria that cause diseases include streptococcus, staphylococcus, etc. Even if the percent of harmful bacteria is less, but still that small amount of bacteria can be very harmful.

Antibiotics are the normal medication. When you consume antibiotics, observe the directions carefully. Each time you take antibiotics, you enhance the opportunities that bacteria in your body will acquire to resist them resulting in antibiotic resistance. Later, you could spread and get a disease that those antibiotics cannot be the solution.

If the illness caused by bacteria is too severe you need to consult a doctor. He can prescribe you some medications which will help you to be healthy again.
