All you have to do now is experiment with different ratios based on how many people you’re cooking for. It’s a full dish made with flour, eggs, and herbs that may be served to both finicky eaters and youngsters.

Ingredients:

3 Medium Size Potatoes

4 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour

4 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese

1 Large Egg

1 Small Onion

1 Tsp Garlic

1 Tbsp Coriander

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder

1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Procedure:

• Using a vegetable grater, shred potatoes. Drain and squeeze dry shredded potatoes after rinsing them in cold water until the water is clear. Using cold water to rinse shredded potatoes removes extra starch and improves the crispiness of the potatoes.

• Add the flour, cheese, egg, onion, garlic, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, and black pepper powder to a mixing bowl. Then stir everything together until it’s completely blended.

• Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, stack the potatoes in a 1/2-inch thick layer in the pan and form them into a rectangle or any shape you desire. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. If you use a larger skillet, you can cook up to 3 in one batch.

• Remove them from the pan and set them on paper towels to absorb any excess liquid. Serve immediately with ketchup or your favourite sauce. Enjoy!
