Age is just a number we have often heard of, and many examples exist. But from the moment we are born, we are judged based on age. For example, if you are five, you should be in 1st standard; if you are 18, you should have completed your 12th boards. However, forgetting one’s age and living life entirely is exciting and interesting. Without the burden of age, you can do many things you wish, leaving the fear of getting judged behind.

If there were no age limit, one could do things they might have kept within themselves for a long. Doing all those things will make you feel free like a bird. Also, the useless worries like I’m too old for this, I’m too young for this will end and exploring the world becomes accessible. It would be a beautiful ride everyone wants to take and enjoy.

Forgetting my age also suggests that there won’t be any societal pressure or norms for certain people. It’s like making humans feel free and grow with various experiences. Also, nobody will underestimate their smartness with age.

But, the cons are also there, as when you grow old, your body becomes restricted to certain atmospheres and challenges. And if we don’t keep them under control, it might get worse for your health. However, those who do yoga, meditation, and exercises will be fine at any age but must maintain themselves.
