The Indian police charged her but instead made her into a folk hero. It’s the narrative of a lady who fights all the mayhem perpetrated on her by males, from cops to gangsters. She eventually triumphs over them all and emerges as a strong lady. Shekhar Kapoor directed the film, which was based on Mala Sen’s biography, India’s Bandit Queen: The True Story of Phoolan Devi.
Kahaani is a film that does everything it can to live up to its name. The entire plot of Kahaani is full of surprise twists and turns that you will not anticipate coming.
