Some people believe that teenage love if the purest and most honest form of love while some people believe that it just all a big hoax which we realize once we mature enough. Ignorant of that, no matter what people say, we have all experienced love at a young age or at least had a crush on someone. Most of the time it is because of these romantic movies that show us how every love story starts off rough and finally has a happy and loving end to it. But real-life love is much more different than that. Maturity comes at different ages to different people. And since the only maturity helps you determine your feelings well it is hard to guess whether it is true love or just a crush in your teen days.
Whatever be the case, teenage love is still dangerous. Even if it is pure as rainwater, innocent like a baby and honest like a loyal dog, it is still a disadvantage to love at a young age. Firstly, you lose the focus of your life, which in your teen days is to pass out with golden marks and make a good place for yourself academically. But since you get too busy with handling your love life and education side by side, either one or at times both are compromised. Loving or being in an immature relationship can also take away your teen days of having fun. If you were or are in a relationship, you must have already experienced that being in a relationship puts a lot of constraints on your personal life. Another disadvantage of teenage love is that we choose a partner based on our yet-to-grow mindset. We know nothing about understanding, trust, sharing and affection. We only follow our heart wherever it takes us, until one day we realize we have been doing it all wrong.
Relationships are always too complicated no matter how mature or resolved the individuals are. Hence it is only wise to get involved in something complex like this only when we are sure we can handle it. Otherwise, it only brings hurtful feelings and depression and it ruins the very important days of our lives to live as youngsters.
