3-ingredient veggie & citrus cocktail

The combination of these three components gives a flavor that is both earthy and lemony. If you opt to add honey, you’ll also get a hint of sweetness.

1½ ounces gin or Ketel One Botanicals

1 tablespoon organic veggies+

Juice of 1 lemon, or about 2 tablespoons

4 ounces sparkling water

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well blended.

Serve with a lemon peel as a garnish.

Honey can be added for sweetness if desired.

ACV bee’s knees

This vibrant and herbaceous mixture gets a boost from apple cider vinegar. Bonus? The ACV and honey help to support the gut and stomach.

2 cups lemon juice

3 cups water

4 ounces of Smirnoff Zero Sugar Infusions vodka

6 tablespoons honey

6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

6 sprigs of fresh thyme

Over medium-high heat, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, and 12 cups of water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently, then remove from heat. Add the herbs and soak for 3 minutes. Strain.

Transfer this mixture to a big pitcher when ready to serve. Combine the remaining water, lemon juice, and vodka in a mixing bowl. If preferred, garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and serve over ice.

Espresso Martini

If you want to get on the espresso martini bandwagon, try this upgraded version, which incorporates a warm, spiced non-alcoholic spirit.

1½ oz Seedlip Spice 94

1½ oz cold brew concentrate

½ oz sugar syrup

In a shaker, combine Spice 94, cold brew concentrate, and sugar syrup.

Mix in the ice and give it a good shake.

Strain twice into a coupe glass.
