Stepping into the world of college after completing your school is a new experience. We feel excited and happy to level up, but the responsibilities make us scared. Here, we share ways to manage work and be productive during your college years.

1) Track Time: Be very smart to manage your time effectively. Plan things with the major importance and allot specific time for each of them. This way, you will be punctual, and your work will be managed.

2) Set Deadlines: We feel lazy to work when there is no urgency. But one way you can make yourself work on your projects and assignments is to set deadlines. This will help you finish your task at the assigned time and date.

3) Eating And Self-care: To be able to work properly, you should be healthy, and so should your eating habits. A nutritious diet promotes the brain to function better. Taking care of yourself will help you keep yourself healthy and energetic. Good physical and mental health increases productivity.

4) Breaks And Distraction: Between your study time, take breaks for 15 to 30 minutes to re-boost and refresh yourself to ensure productivity. And make sure to decrease the distraction when you study. Keep your phones aside and be focused on work.

5) Enough Sleep: Prioritise a minimum of 8 hours of sleep for a healthy body and brain. In the case of adult learners, they may require more. But at the minimum, you should have 8 hours of sleep. This will deal with stress and will make you feel better.
