Larry Page is the founder of google, he had been titled the best CEO in America and Google was labeled the most valuable brand in the world.

Even if you think there is a lot of competition around you, do not loose hope, try hard to be better than all of them, Don’t neglect that competition is healthy and essential because without it you won’t be competent to improve nor progress, examine them and don’t lose sight of them but move rapidly so you’ll constantly be one step forward.

You have to accept the fact that today’s world is full of competition but If you have the will power, to cope with that competition and be sure that you are always better. Then at the end success is yours.

2.Treat people with admiration and they’ll return the favor by their service to your business.

People or the employees of your company are the mostly beneficial support for your Company, and this is something that you should never ignore. If you deal with your workers with as much concern as your clients and potential clients, you’ll discover how they’ll function the same with your firm.

Give the admiration to the workers of the company that they deserve. If they are receiving respect and admiration they will feel their worth as well as yours. And they will do their best for your company.

3.A company desires to be a family, that people believe as if they’re one of the aspect of the company and the company is like a family to them.

Work for every employee to feel respected, try to understand their requirements and challenges, be curious about them and make every member of your team like they’re an aspect of your company. And this is not just a workplace but it is like their family.

If every employee of the company thinks that this is not just their work place but also their family then they will always give their best.
