Chris Pratt and his spouse Katherine Schwarzenegger settled into their stunning $15 million property in 2021 after renovating it and incorporating their unique touches.
Pratt made appearances in blockbuster films like Jurassic World and the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. The actor has earned $80 million wealth and enjoys lavishing his wealth on extravagant presents and high-end real estate. His most recent housing deal is a $15 million property in Pacific Palisades, a posh suburb in Los Angeles, as per the richest reports.
He and his wife put much thought and passion into designing their perfect house for the families and their child, from purchasing an antique house to building it for two years.
It was built in Mediterranean architecture and covered 8,000 square feet of living area. The garden was grassy, and there was no pool. The couples have now started to build a pool instead of keeping it grassy. Pratt and his wife opted to build from zero when the conventional house was demolished.
During development of the house in 2019 and 2020, they were frequently seen touring the site. In January 2021, the project was finished, and they relocated into their new residence with their child Lyla.
The basic building encompassed 8,000 square feet of living room area, but the home was extended to 10,000 square feet to satisfy the couple’s everyday needs. A wine cellar, a Chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line equipment, a private gym where Pratt exercises, and a multi-car garage are among the features of the newly refurbished property.
