2. Occupational therapy
3. Relaxation methods such as deep breathing or meditation
4. Biofeedback
5. Spinal cord stimulation
6. Pain medications such as NSAIDs, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, and muscle relaxants.
7. If the pain is severe your doctor may advise you a surgery to treat the condition that caused the pain.
