Morning Sunbathing

It is recommended that you soak up the morning sun after eating a hearty breakfast. This is done to boost your immunity while also improving your mood.

Sitting position

Always pay close attention to the position in which you work. Indeed, when you WFH, you are more willing to work where you wish. This should be avoided in bed or on the couch. It might be convenient, but it could raise the risk of back or neck pain since the muscles in the area stiffen. Better in seats and tables as normal, but it is also strongly advised to stand up and walk every hour. Stretching your muscles is beneficial.

Exercise on a regular basis

Staying at home all the time can lead to boredom and is bad for your health. Always make time for a light workout that you can undertake at home. Many activities, such as push-ups, sit-ups, jumping rope, and so on, may be done at home. It can also be set to run every morning before you go to work but keep physical distance in mind at all times.

Consumption of nutritious foods

Increasing body endurance is undoubtedly crucial in combating the Covid-19 virus. The key to remaining healthy when undergoing a WFH is to eat healthy and nutritional foods. The temptation to consume snacks or harmful beverages is greater; always aim to consume healthy meals and drink water on a regular basis.

Control Your Routines

To enhance self-discipline even further, always set your morning wake time, work start time, lunchtime, and break time. Always provide a workspace that allows you to concentrate. Make WFH time to improve your health by being disciplined in managing your time and routine. Changes in routine can be stressful, especially if you are always at home. Always strive to maintain social interactions while maintaining your physical distance.
