The best aspect is that the egg is quite adaptable. We receive a plethora of egg-based recipes everywhere, from a filling egg curry for lunch to quick fried eggs for snacking. How to make this delicious recipe? Read below

1. Eggs, bread, butter, any spread of your choice, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper are all needed to produce this dish.

2. A small saucepan of water should be brought to a boil. Place the eggs in the water gently, still in their shells.

6. To make the sandwich, spread your spread on the toast, then add lettuce, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes, followed by two soft-boiled peeled eggs.

7. Serve immediately with a pinch of salt & pepper to taste.
