· Set a reminder

Set a reminder on your mobile phone every 30 minutes to remind you to drink water. Also, there are many apps available that help you track your daily intake of water and also reminds you when you shall drink water. You just have to follow the instructions.

· Add flavour

Add flavour to your water. You can add lemon, berries, mint or any other flavour you like, but make sure there is no added sugar in it as it will make you gain weight. Adding flavour to your water can make you want more and thus you’ll drink more water.

· Use a straw

Many of us love drinking water or juices through a straw. There are more success with people trying to drink water with straw then through glass or bottle. It is quite easier to finish your water when you are using straw. So try this tip you are more likely to be successful.

· Carry a bottle

Carry your bottle everywhere you go. So that you are reminded to drink water and you don’t stay thirsty when you are actually feeling like drinking water. Many times we want to drink water but unfortunately don’t have it with us. So carrying a bottle with you is always a better option.

· Keep it cold

When the water is cold, it becomes easier to drink more of it than when it’s hot or warm. When you add some ice to it, it becomes more appealing and tempting to drink water. Especially in summer, drinking cold water is perfect to cool us down.
