· Puff your cheeks
In this exercise, you must inhale air through the mouth and hold the air. Then distend the air from cheek to cheek, and release. Do this exercise for at least 10 reps. The exercise will strengthen the cheek muscles and lift them up, avoiding hollow looking cheeks.Do this exercise regularly for lifted and plump cheeks.
· Kiss and smile
Move your lips as if you are going to kiss, push them out as you can and then convert it into the widest smile possible. Do this exercise for at least 15 reps. The exercise is quite helpful for the double chin as well. It also works on your cheeks giving you the uplifted cheeks and sharp jawline.
· Lift your eyebrows
Place index finger of each hand on respective eyebrows. Push your eyebrows downward with your finger while trying to raise your eyebrows. Repeat this exercise for 10 times a day. The exercise helps in reducing wrinkle on the forehead.
· Stretching eyelids
Open your eyelids as wide as you can as if in shock while looking upwards and then slowly close your eyelids still looking upwards. Repeat this exercise 10 times a day. It is of great help for someone who uses gadgets for a long time. It also helps in keeping your eyelids firm.
· neck exercise
Stretch your face upwards and hold it for 5 sec then slowly look downwards and hold for 5 sec. Do this exercise for 5-7 times a day. The exercise helps in gaining toned neck and helps with reducing double chin.
