Many people face double chin issues. A double chin also known as submental fat is a common condition that occurs when layering of fat forms below the chin which looks odd and is hated by everyone. Double chin mostly found in obese people but there are many cases where even slim people face this problem.

To get rid of this problem the following six exercises can be done. Actually, it’s not scientifically not proven how much it would help.

Let’s have a look at six exercises.

STRAIGHT JAW JUT.

Sit in any comfortable position. Keep back straight. Tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling. Push your lower jaw ahead to feel a stretch in and under your chin. Hold it for a few seconds and back to normal position. Repeat 5 times at least.

BALL EXERCISE.

Sit comfortably.Place a 9-10 inch ball under your chin. Press chin down against ball. Repeat daily 25-30 times.

PUCKER UP.

 Tilt you head back and looking up at the ceiling hold it in the position. Pucker your lips as you are kissing the ceiling to stretch the area beneath your chin. Stop puckering and back to normal position.

TONGUE  STRETCH.

Sit comfortably. Looking straight in front, stick your tongue out as far as you can and hold it. Lift your tongue upwards and towards the nose. Hold for a few seconds and release.

NECK STRETCH.

Tilt your head back and looking up at the ceiling. Press tongue against the roof of your mouth. Hold for a few seconds and release.

BOTTOM JAW JUT.

Sit in a comfortable position. Tilt your head back and looking up at the ceiling. Turn your head to the right. Slide your bottom jaw outwards. Hold for few seconds and release. Repeat it many times for better results.
