2. Exercise your body –

Exercise and dance can help you become more aware of your surroundings by fostering healthy brainwave patterns, neurotransmitter levels, and nervous system circulation. Going for a casual walk with one of your friends or even going to the club to dance can help you get up and break the pattern of not exercising. Both examples are simple, enjoyable, and empowering.

3. Simple meditation –

Whether you are a skilled meditator or a beginner, the benefits are immense, and if you stick around long enough, you will be able to tap into your highest state of conscious functioning. It is an act that will undoubtedly increase your conscious awareness and allow you to acquire better focus, discipline, and a more joyful connection to life.

4. Spending time with true friends –

Only hang out with people who understand who you are, your beliefs, and your values; they will help you become more aware. These are your true pals, and while they can be hard to come by, they should be treasured. Make a point of calling some of your true friends and making it a habit to spend more time with them.

5. Tell the truth –

When you tell the truth, you enhance your consciousness level. What motivates people to tell lies? In the lower stages of consciousness, to defend oneself. Higher-level thinkers don’t lie because they want to be honest with themselves and others, as well as make human relationships more conscious.
