The concept of “living in the moment” has spawned a slew of inspirational quotes and T-shirts, but it’s not always as simple as it seems. Our calendars are so jam-packed and frantic that it appears as if there is always something to plan for or comprehend. Our lifestyles are so properly stated, thanks to technology, that it’s difficult to let go of the history.

But what if we could take a step back and actually pay attention to what is going on right now. We may minimize stress and boost our capacity to deal with other feelings by living in the present, resulting in a better, more happy life.

4) Keeping a Gratitude Journal is a good idea

Maintain it easy and note down 2-5 things you’re thankful for at the end of the day. You will be able to perceive more happiness and pleasure in your life if you practice this approach of living in the present time. When you concentrate on the positive aspects of life, no matter how minor, you draw more of the same.
