3. Always see the bigger picture

Do not break your head over small things that won’t affect your tomorrow gravely. Stop beating yourself over things that are not going to matter. Life always has something more to offer.

4. Be kind and practice acceptance

You have to be kind to everyone, including yourself. Stop self-criticism, instead embrace self-acceptance. No matter how you are, learn to embrace your true self.
You need to remember that you can either be your biggest critic or biggest cheerleader, all you’ve got to do is choose.
