Get a job with the government, and your life will be secure. Many young individuals, not only the older generation, have heard this advice at some point in their life. Despite the fact that the private sector has increased enormously over the past three decades and presents a variety of benefits, India’s obsession with government employment only seems to be growing.
The Government of India (GOI) provides a variety of positions in the public sector, along with a number of perks. All of these industries and more, including teaching, engineering, and finance, are included in government occupations. Each year, the GOI posts a number of employment positions across many departments. These government jobs, known as Sarkari Naukri in standard Hindi, may be broadly divided into Central and State Government Jobs.

You must first check the eligibility conditions if you intend to take the UPSC or any other government test. Similar qualifications apply for these tests. Typically, three variables come into play:
Candidate’s nationality: For the majority of these positions, you must be an Indian citizen. However, certain high-quality positions will hire residents of nearby nations like Pakistan, Bhutan, or Nepal (those who have entered the country before a particular year).
According to the amount of competence necessary, the qualifications vary from job to job in terms of education. The eighth pass is, nevertheless, the minimal need.
Age restriction – This also varies by work position. However, those under the age of 18 are not permitted.
