Their responsibility is to respond to the inquiries of the customers through phone or emails. They should have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the company’s policies.

3. Store manager

They take up previous responsibilities of the store owner when the owner has too many responsibilities on his plate. As per the need of the business, these responsibilities differ.

4. Cashier

They deal with processing transactions such as purchases, returns and exchanges. Cashier makes it easy for the person to make purchases. They possess good customer service abilities so that they can handle the cash transaction quickly and accurately.
