Millwrights undergo an in-depth training and that is why they are experts with equipment. A high school diploma is necessary to be a millwright. A certificate or an associate’s degree in industrial maintenance can also qualify you as a millwright.

These professionals need to have blueprint reading skills, time management, problem solving and analytical skills along with physical strength.
