Sylvester Enzio Stallone is an American actor, screenwriter, director, and producer who gained recognition and success in his self-created role as a boxer in the movie Rocky Balboa.
In the movie Rocky Balboa, he has given a motivational speech to his son in which he states that the world is not what it looks like. It is not all sunshine and rainbows like it seems. Instead, it is a very mean and nasty place to live in.
No matter how much you fight or struggle, it will find ways to bring you down on your knees and if you give up or fail to fight back, you will permanently remain stranded in the same place with nothing.
He further says that you, me, or anyone does not have the power to hit you as hard as life can. But that does not mean you should let it faze you or your willpower.
It is not about how hard life has tried to crush you, instead it is about standing upright in the gloomy days and the others that follow. It is about overcoming the dark while moving towards a bright future. And that is how you can climb up the ladder of your success.
If you know your worth, you would go ahead and accomplish the things you are worthy of. You won’t point fingers at anyone for the mar you face in life. Stallone says that only cowards point fingers and you are so much better than them.
