Ways You Can Make Noodles Healthy To Consume

Noodles are a favourite of many of us. And we love to consume it often, but due to its disadvantages, we restrict ourselves. However, you can make noodles healthy to consume in certain ways.

The very first thing is you should choose proper noodles. Go for whole wheat noodles, which are more nutritious and fibrous, rather than the casual white flower noodles that lack all these benefits.

The next thing you can do is make your noodles super healthy by adding colourful veggies. You can add veggies like bell pepper, spinach, capsicum, carrot, beans, tomato, etc, and these veggies add fibre, mineral and vitamin content.

Now you can add a protein content by including stuff like tofu, lean meats or eggs. Adding this will help you feel full and energetic throughout the day.

The next is spices; avoid using the seasoning packet you get with the noodles; rather, go for homemade spices like salt, pepper, coriander, etc. This will replace the excess salt content for your health benefit.

In addition, to add taste, you can go for ginger, garlic, chilli flakes, and soya sauce. These ingredients will improve the richness of the taste.

Lastly, limit the extra thing you add to the noodles. You can go for crushed dry fruits garnering or toasted sesame seeds. And most importantly, control the quantity you consume and avoid overeating.
