2. Diet

Select foods that are rich in nutrients and low in calories. Eradicate or largely reduce your intake of refined, sugary, fatty foods. So keep your diet proper and healthy.

3. Cardio

Cardio is proven to be the best type of activity to reduce fats and make your abs visible. Enhance your fitness routine with a lot of cardio to stay in proper shape and help to reduce the fat around your belly area.
Examples of cardio include cycling, walking, and swimming. You can also include hiking, running, or dancing.
