1) Missed Period

2) Increased trips to the bathroom

Another symptom of pregnancy is that women find themselves making frequent trips to the washroom. This happens much before realizing you have missed your period. The frequent urge to urinate happens because during pregnancy the blood supply increases which are then filtered out by kidneys. The waste filtered out by the kidneys leave the body in the form of urine and that is why many women experience increased need to urinate.

3) Feeling tired

According to mayo clinic reports, during the early stages of pregnancy, the hormone progesterone levels increase which makes women experience fatigues.

4) Nausea

Another symptom of pregnancy is nausea. Many women face nausea with or without vomiting. According to Cleveland clinic reports, nausea can be experienced by women even during the first two weeks of pregnancy or can also start after few months of conceiving.
