Sooryavanshi Star Abhimanyu Singh Reveals His Fitness Secret

Abhimanyu Singh (born On september 20, 1974) is an actor and a producer who has appeared in many Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Bhojpuri movies. He has appeared in films such as Mom, Sooryavanshi, Thalaivaa, and others.

He landed a role in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s film Aks (2001). With the character of Rananjay Singh in Anurag Kashyap’s Gulaal (2009), he received his breakthrough in the Bollywood industry. For his breakout debut in the movie, he received the 2010 Stardust Award. His most recent film is “Sooryavanshi” where he plays a role of a villain.

You might imagine his exercise regimen to be top notch based on how fit he looks in the movie “Sooryavanshi.” From the exterior, he appears to be a bad guy, yet on the inside, he is a sweetheart. People presume the opposite because of his villain roles in the movie.

Sooryavanshi star Abhimanyu Singh reveals his fitness secret in an interview.

When asked about his workout routine, he claimed he jogs three times per week without fail. His belief is that one’s appetite should be fulfilled with breakfast every morning. 4 boiled eggs, 4 slices of brown bread, cornflakes, a glass of milk, and a handful of chapatis are on his regular breakfast menu.

In addition, he said that he eats something nutritious in between shoots. When he’s not shooting, he tries to consume a lot of fruit, which is good for his health.

When questioned about his unhealthy lifestyle, he stated that he wishes to break his habit of eating dinner after 8 p.m., but that it will be difficult due to his shooting schedule.
