DIY Deep Conditioning Hair Mask: Enjoy Soft & Silly Locks During The Monsoon With This Nourishing Banana Shake

The rainy season can make your hair parched and unmanageable, but you can combat this by using this banana and flaxseed head treatment to properly hydrate your hair.

While we are grateful for the beautiful weather, we must recognise how damaging the month can be to our hair. Even if you use the greatest shampoo and grease your hair on a daily basis, the rainy season can cause a variety of hair problems. This is due to the season being marked by a significant amount of moisture, which causes the hair strands to dry out, resulting in frizziness.

We’ve all experienced how much we despise frizzy hair throughout the rainy season! It may appear difficult to eliminate frizz at times, but the key is to keep your hair well hydrated. Banana and flaxseed are two nutrients that can help you with this.

Ingredient

1. 2 tablespoons flaxseed

2. A single banana

3. 1 tablespoon honey

4. 1 tablespoon almond, olive, or lavender oil

How to make the banana hair mixture.

1. Blend the flax seeds into small particles, and then stir in the diced banana segments. Combine the flax seeds mix and banana until a thick paste forms.

2. Combine the mixture, honey, and almond/olive/lavender oil in a mixing dish. To make the hair mask, combine all of the components thoroughly.

3. Part your hair into parts and spread the hair mask to your scalp as well as your full head of hair. Remember to coat the entire length and tips of your hair.

4. Allow the hair mask to sit on your hair for at least 2-3 hours before washing it off with tepid water and shampoo.

5. To get the best effects, apply this hair mask at minimum once per week.
