Vegetables have low fat and calories and no cholesterol. Dietary fiber helps reduce heart diseases. Fruits provide natural sugar and are absolutely great for healthy body.

· Lean meat and poultry

Lean meat and poultry are good source of protein and are much healthier than the red meat. Protein reduces hunger and thus helps boost metabolism. Poultry is also source of vitamin B3 and B6. Therefore these foods must be included in your diet.

· Fish and eggs

Fish is considered to be one of the healthiest food iteams. It is composed with vital nutrients and vitamins. Omega-3 fatty acids are obtained from consuming fish which are extremely beneficial for body and brain. Eggs are also good source of proteins and nutrients.

· Dried fruits and nuts

Dried fruits and nuts are also considered beneficial as they are source of rich minerals and proteins. Dry fruits are considered beneficial to cure many diseases. Dry fruits serve as a healthy snack. Dry fruits like almonds, cashew, walnuts should be included in your daily diet.

· Water

Water is very vital part of a healthy diet and most naturally hydrating liquid. It helps flush all the toxins in your system. Water is the important factor promoting healthy skin. Water has several health benefits. Therefore your diet should include lots of water both the one you drink and one obtained through fruits.
