Ways To Conquer Our Fear And Live Our Life On Our Own Terms

Fear is what often keeps us away from achieving what we wish to. Fear is the biggest drawback that avoids us, from being vulnerable and our true selves. It avoids us from living our life to the fullest. Fear is the one that insists us hide behind the curtains and not let us perform freely in front of the theatre of the world. In this extract, we shall have a look at how to live life on our terms by conquering fear.

Fear aka anxiety aka low self-esteem, this is what is responsible for the lack of confidence in ourselves. Our biggest fear and anxiety leads us to not let ourselves open up and live our life amazingly. We want to overcome our fears, isn’t it? Yes, indeed we do.

Believe in yourself, whatever the circumstances might be whether negative or positive, never back off from being yourself, don’t rely on the opinion of others. Be strong-willed, when you are strong-willed and focused you have the capacity to overcome the fear and most hideous task. It’s ok to make mistakes, don’t blame yourself for making mistakes, instead learn from them and be your better version the next time.

Don’t bother what other people think about you, it’s important to understand that the opinions of others shouldn’t bruise your self-worth, keep them at your doorstep and don’t let those opinions enter. Do whatever you wish to, don’t create restrictions for yourself from pursuing what makes you happy. Fear is a part of everyone’s mind and getting rid of it requires a process and determination.

Just be you, listen to your mind, feel great about yourself, breathe, meditate, pray and just let everything go, don’t be serious about everything as nothing ever stays permanent.
