Perhaps you won’t be able to acquire a degree, complete a marathon, or find your sweetheart today. However, you have the power to change your life if you want to be happier, more prosperous, have more love, have more fun, have better health, and so on. You don’t even have to wait. There are things you can do right now to make a significant difference in your world.

1. Increase the power of your intentions

Intentions are a promise to build something. To put it another way, they’re your dreams written down with the promise that you’ll make them a reality. And intentions have a lot of power.

2. Shift one’s mindset

Beliefs are the foundation for the future you want, no matter what it is. And it appears that we keep putting off the task of changing them. However, changing one’s views does not have to take a long time, and the benefits endure a lifetime. This is a present for yourself.

3. Spend time with your pessimistic self

There’s a part of you that doesn’t want your desire, that lies to you, and tries to undermine all you do. Your negative self tells you that you’ll never succeed, that you lack the necessary skills, and that you’re foolish, clueless, and unlovable. It could also take the other attitude, claiming that you are flawless and that you don’t need to work on creating your reality because it will happen anyhow.

You can reduce the impact of that self by giving it a voice.

Here’s how to do it: Imagine your lowest self, sitting next to you, telling you how terrible you are, how your dreams will never come true, and how pointless your existence is. Allow them to scream, rave, and insult you as much as they want. Then let your higher self in to transport them to be healed.

You’ll immediately feel liberated, and your confidence and trust in yourself and your idea will skyrocket.

4. Ignore reality and go straight to the dream

This is a fantastic “go-to” method. You don’t need to know exactly how your dream will come true; all you need to know is that it will. You’ll feel immediate relief and celebration when you “Jump the Gap” into the life of the “you” who already have everything you want!

5. Appreciate what you have

Gratitude is a powerful motivator for living the life you want. However, few people take advantage of this basic instrument to create more lovely realities. Make a list, whether it’s a physical or mental one, but go into detail about why you’re grateful for everything you have. And you can feel it. And while you do, allow yourself to believe that you are the one who brought about those good things. You are the one who made things happen in your life, even if others played a part.
