Who doesn’t want to be happy—or even a little happier? It’s free, it feels good, it helps you live longer, stay healthier, and look better, and I’d add that it has a direct impact on what you create in your life.

Here are Do’s to stay happy today, tomorrow & everyday

1. Recognize the nature of reality

The law of attraction indeed operates. The theory has been verified by quantum physicists. The energy you emit attracts your world to you. You will attract more reasons to be unhappy if you are unhappy. That should be enough to motivate you to strive to be as happy as possible.

Furthermore, you possess the intrinsic potential to intentionally manifest ANYTHING you choose. Money, love, success, joy, creativity, enlightenment—anything is possible. Nothing will make you happier than this thought.

2. Live a grateful life

Gratitude is the one emotion that can instantly transform you from miserable to happy. However, there is a cost. You must be ready to let go of victimhood, martyrdom, and blame. Yes, many claims to be willing to forego payoffs, but when it comes down to it, many aren’t as eager as they’d thought. You can, however, be.

The goal is to stay aware, and if you see yourself engaging in any of the aforementioned behaviours, put a stop to it. Then let gratitude flow freely.

3. Be aware of your surroundings

Stop trying to predict the future in your thoughts. You’re short-changing yourself if you can’t “be here now,” no matter how big your daily “to-do” list is. Practice “narrowing your concentration” by focusing on one small job at a time. During this exercise, be aware of your body, emotions, the world around you, and your thoughts. And see how quickly your “happiness” returns.

4. Look for meaning

The meaning of life, unlike the coolest car, apparel, or electrical equipment, will not be on the “latest and greatest” list, nor will it be instantly visible. It’s up to you to look for significance. The bad news is this. The good news is that everything has meaning. You have a reason for being on this earth, and you have a reason for being with the people you are with right now. Every event, no matter how insignificant, has significance.

Of course, trying to figure out the meaning of every microscopic, tiny little thing could drive you insane. However, understanding that there is a (significant) broader picture and that you are a vital part of it might help you find inner peace and pleasure.

5. Look at the big picture

You are a spiritual entity going through a bodily transformation. One of the reasons you came here is to learn how to hold on to your happiness no matter what happens, and to use your happiness as a resonance to alter your surroundings—and eventually the globe. Doesn’t that put things into perspective? It’s the reality. All you have to do now is remember it.
