Happiness is when you feel nice even when you are alone

There are three categories of people: Introvert, extrovert, and ambivert. Introverted people naturally can be happy alone. But for others, enjoying your own company can sometimes be difficult. People nowadays depend on other people for things for their happiness. People are getting addicted to technology. Spending time alone should not mean that you are lonely. You can enjoy it even when you are all by yourself. According to Buddha, you alone can be happy, You should not depend on others for your happiness. One should find their own peace. Real happiness is when you feel nice even when you are alone. Here are some things that will help you be happy with yourself.

1. Get lost in your own happy thoughts. This will help you spend time by yourself having complete peace of mind. Get comfortable and just lie down.
2. Get yourself a gym membership or try doing some physical activity. Exercising helps your body get fit. This makes you feel good about yourself.
3. Take a break from social media. Live your life not comparing with others. Fall in love with yourself.
4. Go on a date all by yourself. Order a good meal that you like. Good food will surely make you happy.
5. Take a walk in nature, this will get you peace of mind. Try reconnecting with yourself.
6. Take a break from your daily routine and just spend a day all by yourself.
7. Try doing things that you really love, these things can be dancing, gardening, singing
