How can you define happiness in this world?

Happiness is the experience of joy, contentment, or positive well-being of one’s life which is good, meaningful, and worthwhile.

Whether it’s an ancient world or a Modern world, everyone is trying their level best to be happy always. There are different ways and definitions of happiness.

Question arises in mind whether we can be happy without spending money? People have wrong concepts about happiness and it’s a common feeling that money can buy happiness. That’s not true. Let’s look at how without spending much money, how can we gain happiness.

JUST SITTING AND LISTENING TO MUSIC.

 As music has the power to heal all your pain and filled with lots of pleasure and happiness, casually sitting and listening to your favorite music will give you happiness.

SMILE

Smile is free of cost. It has great power to lead you to happiness. In spite of having very bad memories of the past, try to smile. Is it possible to smile when things are not fine with you? One of my friends answered this question. He says I haven’t erased bad things but I don’t choose it to affect my present.

DO YOGA AND EXERCISE AT HOME

Yoga can be performed at home as well as if at all you don’t have the equipment you can do exercise, which is without equipment or less costly things like skipping, squats, dips, Surya Namaskar, etc. Both yoga and exercise are energy booster and surely git your happiness.

WRITING GRATITUDE LETTER

Gratitude the letter will give you happiness in some cases for as long as several months after writing. There are tons of small things, about which we should have gratitude.

GET A WALK AT NATURAL PLACE

To go out regularly and be in presence of nature will surely boost your energy levels and surely will give you happiness.

ENGAGE IN CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

Engaging in cultural activities will help you to reduce stress and anxiety. You don’t need to spend money on big festivals, rather you can attend free of cost or low cost the event in your area.

SLEEP

Sleep plays vital role in your life. It’s a well-known fact that sleep is correlated with increase your happiness. Sufficient sleep is connected with lower stress and better health, including an improved immune system.
