When you feel low or lack positivity, show yourself some compassion. You do not need to put up a façade of a cheerleader. Instead, be understanding and kind towards yourself. Learn to nurture yourself.
3. Work on tiny steps that you can take every day
Find out what steps you need to take to make yourself feel better. It could be anything such as meditating before bed or sharing your struggling feelings with your partner. It is always better to work on overcoming the struggling feeling if being positive hurts.
