Normally, there are several elements in your schedule that you think you have to do, and in the process of completing those things, you don’t get much time for activities that you truly enjoy and are significant to you. You need to cut out some activities that cause stress to you and give time for activities that make you happy.

7. Exercise

A physical workout is one of the useful ways to relieve stress and improve your mood. It can also enable you to deal with other psychological problems such as stress and depression. At the time of physical exercise, our brain generates and releases chemicals called dopamine and serotonin. Physical workout also improves the supply of endorphins.
