Sometimes the thought of a soothing bath is all it takes to get through a challenging day. When you can finally relax, take advantage of the chance. Use candles, calm music, pleasant bath products, or essential oils to promote relaxation. Spend some time in the tub taking it easy, close your eyes for a bit, or enjoy reading your favorite book.

1. EPSOM SALT

Epsom salt can be added to nearly any bath recipe and is excellent for easing muscle soreness and releasing tension. Moreover, it provides a good amount of magnesium and softens and smoothes skin. Add some cocoa butter and your favorite essential oil to the mixture for extra-rich hydration.

2. DRINKS

Not only at happy hour! Inflammation and redness can be diminished by alcohol’s polyphenols and anti-aging qualities. Consider adding a glass of red wine or some bubbly champagne to a running bath water to benefit from it. Enjoy a glass of wine as an extra that is optional.

3. ESSENTIAL OILS

Essential oils are the ideal way to customize your bath to meet your needs because they offer both aromatherapy benefits as well as wonderful scents to make your bath a memorable experience. We recommend essential oils such as lavender, rose, vetiver, chamomile, or sandalwood to help you relax after a stressful day.

4. GINGER

Ginger (freshly grated or crushed) is the perfect component to use in a detox bath or to relieve headaches. You’ll feel cleaned after it because it makes you sweat out pollutants. Moreover, it relieves chest and nasal congestion and helps you sweat off cold or flu-related pains. Be aware that ginger can induce a reaction in people with sensitive skin; test it first.

5. MILK

In addition to exfoliating and softening our skin, milk’s lactic acid is also thought to be a fantastic treatment for eczema. For a chocolate milk bath, you could also whisk in a little cocoa before adding it to the tub. Just be sure to thoroughly rinse off after you’re done!

6. HONEY

Honey is a powerhouse for our skin since it is hydrating, anti-aging, and antibacterial. To the tub, add the mixture after blending with a little sweet almond oil.

7. ROSES

Rose petals and rose water are hydrating, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory in addition to being delicious to smell and equally delectable. Use powdered milk, rose petals, and Epsom salts to make a rose milk bath for the ultimate treat.
