1. Eat your meal peacefully

For most of us, eating has become a hasty and mindless activity. The key is to stay present and aware of the delectable spread before you. Enjoy it. Enjoy it as it travels through your intestines to fuel your body. Slow slowly when you’re eating; it’s not a race. You’ll notice that eating becomes more pleasurable once you’ve mastered this. You’ll also find that you eat less because you’re more aware of your body’s demands.

2. Dancing to your favorite music

Dance meditation is a method of meditation. It doesn’t require any chanting or sitting motionless, but it does provide you with the opportunity to break free from whatever is bothering you.

Dancing allows you to release tension from your body and connect with your inner self. There are dance meditation soundtracks available, but you’ll want something familiar that you can sing along to or better associate with for the whole experience.

3. Extended hours of showering

Long showers are yet another way of relaxing. Soaking for fifteen minutes in the tub to relax sore muscles and clear your mind. The warm water entices the soul, assisting in the removal of negative energy, leaving you with rejuvenated spirits and the ability to accept new thoughts.

4. Taking a longer route to work

Long periods of travel by walking to work (if in close proximity) or taking a bus or train can be used to meditate. This will aid in the reduction of life’s noises so that you can more easily receive signals that are meaningful. It’s possible that this will be a relaxing encounter.
