While this is helpful since it allows you to act with total certainty, it also blocks out other realities in the globe and can effortlessly lead to conflict when other people disagree with your convictions. It takes more effort to remain open-minded and willing to reconsider your beliefs, but it is more rewarding because you will grow as a person and live in greater peace with the people around you.
