One of the things I enjoy doing but rarely have time for is reading. Yet it’s astonishing how much simpler it is to find the time when it becomes a communal activity. And by group, I mean just the two of you sitting together quietly reading your individual books. The library’s policies are in effect while you’re reading, but if you want to hold a brief discussion following, wonderful!

Do Meditation
The peaceful time you spend together can benefit from a spiritual component. In that situation, practicing side-by-side meditation is the ideal method to relax and spend some quiet time with your loved one. Become grounded as a group, and you’ll be prepared to face the rest of the day as a team.
