Meditation first of all calms our body and mind. It unites us internally and externally. It makes us one with ourselves and the external universe. We tend to feel a lot relaxed and stress-free when we meditate. Meditation brings us closer to our body, it helps us internalize how our body functions, how our heartbeats, how powerful our body is and how it absorbs, and everything that nature serves to us. Meditation is a great source towards self-realization, as said earlier it makes us one with ourselves, it makes us realize how our mind processes.

Each time we meditate, we are training our awareness.

Becoming conscious of our awareness and self-realization is not simple, primarily because the untrained mind prefers to latch on to whatever object or sight it observes, or whatever thought, feeling, or sensation that occurs, in short, whatever we perceive.

Self-realization provides us with a whole new viewpoint, and through this perspective, we achieve a whole new understanding. Through practicing meditation, we’re able to instruct the mind to expand the amount of time it spends on self-realization.

Meditation directs to lessen stress, increase happiness, and enhance relationships. One of the positive effects of practicing realization meditation is that we start to see ourselves more clearly through the process.

By calming down the noise and witnessing our feelings without judgment or inner critique, we can become more familiar with ourselves, our wants, our desires, and our limitations. With this self-realization comes the capacity to make smarter choices that positively affect our lives and our world.
