Avoid These Things For Your Overall Well-being

In today’s world, where sudden death rates are increasing, taking good care of your health has become important. Every mistake related to your health may lead to severe issues. We have often advised you what to do regularly for your physical and mental health, but today, we share what you should avoid for your overall well-being.

1) Oily And Acidic Food In Breakfast: When you wake up, your stomach has acidic fluid. So, you should avoid consuming foods with excess oil as they may cause indigestion and acidity.

2) Waking Up Late: There are several disadvantages of waking up late, with only one benefit: sleeping extra. If you wake up late, you may feel stressed, and negative energy may irritate you. Also, you don’t get enough time to meditate, exercise, or do other activities.

3) Social Media Usage: Recently, social media has become part and parcel of life. But there should be a limit to using social media every day. Minimize your screen time to 1 to 2 hours a day. Rather than simply scrolling the phone, you can read a book, write something, or even indulge in creative work.

4) Late Dinner: You should have your dinner from 8:30 to 9:30 because food needs 2 to 3 hours to digest before you sleep. Not only that but do not drink water instantly after eating your meal. Take 15 to 20 breaks, and then drink water so that food and water don’t mix up and create the problem of indigestion.
