People traveling through local trains and other public transport should ensure their safety. By wearing a mask one’s droplets won’t enter your mouth and also your hands.

  1. Sanitising yourselves before going home

One should sanitize their hands frequently because the virus remains on their hands until and unless a disinfectant is used. So sanitize your hands as well as the exposed parts of the body before entering the house.

  1. Maintaining a distance of 1 meter

Even after getting home, one should maintain an approximate distance of 1 meter. Because of the new rule proposed by the government for preventing COVID to transmit one should follow this rule.

  1. Take steam regularly.

Steam is an effective way to prevent COVID from destroying internally. Results have shown that steam has reduced the possibility of the virus to enter in our body. Take one steam session per day. It clears your nostrils and kills the virus.
